Pros

Great location. Its few steps away from train station Great colleagues (Most of them got laid off and many of them quit fearing lay offs)

Cons

There is nothing good to talk about this company.People should refrain from joining this company. No clear direction ,no set goals .Upper management keeps changing constantly (every year !) and that introduces a series of changes -change in senior membership teams, resignations, uncertainty ,lay offs and high turnovers. CEO and CTO don't communicate or interact with their goals or what they plan to make this place better. Top level is getting heavy and they fire people at low level to reduce costs.Nobody is concerned about anybody. No transparency .There is absolutely no hope that things will improve

Pros

At least in Chicago office, I still can find a dozen decent coworkers. Sad to watch them enduring all that bad stuff.

Cons

To those who gave RN more than 2 stars, Please do not feel ashamed to come back to modify your posts. They used to fool us the same way they did you.
