Pros

Co-workers are great; I've maintained some great long-lasting friendships with my co-workers; thank goodness most are gone at this point. Access to the amazing Tribune holiday party (which I understand is now the only holiday party happening this year).

Cons

Where do I start? So much disconnect with Senior Management and what's actually going on. Just when you think it couldn't get any worse, it somehow gets worse. This zombie of a company is running on fumes will either go under or be sold within the next year. I only got maybe a 2% raise in the over two years I was there. No growth opportunities for most positions. The made a video specifically to respond to the terrible Glassdoor reviews, it was up for 2 months and then removed because most of the employees featured in it were already GONE! This company has not updated their websites since 2008 and they were never built for mobile environments. Attempts to update their systems in the last two years have failed at every turn because of constant changes in direction and they're actually WORSE off now than when they first attempted to update their sites.

Pros

The only pro that I can think of is they give you a paycheck. Sure, you can work remotely and that is a plus if that suits you, but in the end, it does not help.

Cons

Mass executive exodus (again), micro managers, bait and switch of marketing services product. The product is no longer competitive and restaurants can see through it. Employee benefits are horrendous.

Pros

Some departments have good managers that actually cares about the workers.

Cons

The Company doesn't care about the workers. There is no life balance and after giving your all the let you go. I have seen it too many times.
