      Pros

      Co-worker team building is reasonable.

      Cons

      There is no incentive plan. All decisions are made in a disconnected corporation style, due to being made by leadership that is not on individual sites. Cost of living is not included in pay rates. Disability hiring is somewhat frowned upon. Special interest groups, and religious discrimination are priorities over co-worker needs. Managerial harassment of under performing employees is disguised as assistance. There is a high turnover rate currently. Appreciation especially in the area of longevity is only shown currently when employees leave.

      Nice and helpful coworkers. Helpful orientation. Good location.

      Cons

      Charge nurse had to take the same patient load as staff nurses. That is unsafe. Too many different shifts make continuity of care difficult.

      Pros

      They currently offer a decent benefits package with options for medical, dental, vision, long and short term disability as well as life insurance. The company values are very good.

      Cons

      There is a small amount of micromanaging that can be frustrating, training is mostly computer modules, and the sick time-off policies are harsh.
