Co-worker team building is reasonable.
Cons
There is no incentive plan. All decisions are made in a disconnected corporation style, due to being made by leadership that is not on individual sites. Cost of living is not included in pay rates. Disability hiring is somewhat frowned upon. Special interest groups, and religious discrimination are priorities over co-worker needs. Managerial harassment of under performing employees is disguised as assistance. There is a high turnover rate currently. Appreciation especially in the area of longevity is only shown currently when employees leave.
