Cons

Managers are horrible, only allowed 4 times to be off in a year. Pto covers personal, holiday, sick, and weather related.

Self-scheduling allows for some flexibility. Learning modules readily available

Cons

Work on weekends. Work can be grueling at times. Call outs from fellow staff can make for a hectic shift if unit is already understaffed.
