      Pros

      One of the best companies in Raleigh to work for. Excellent benefits, and they genuinely care about your concerns and take your ideas into consideration. Staff is amazing, always smiling and willing to help each other.

      The hiring process is long and it's difficult for people to get in with the company.

      Pros

      Pay and medical benefits good. Not worth all the drama though.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Work environment revolves around cliques, favoritism and gossip. I loved the job, I hated the environment I worked in. Some fantastic people. Also, some very underhanded, gossipy and shallow people, at least in the ER where I worked.
