Employee focused company. The CEO and other high level managers, have been to the Nursing Home/Rehab. in Apex for informational sessions.

Cons

I have an Associates Degree in Nursing with many years of clinical experience. In order to slide into a different role at the hospital, A Bachelors Degree is necessary.

Teamwork is good, morale is high, good benefits, good shift differentials, nurses mostly treated with respect by doctors...there are always exceptions of course.

Cons

Low base salary, cafeteria does not have the best options for healthy eating, the building is old, the wows are not always functional
