A lot of coworkers are friendly.
Cons
A lot of people here are fake or overtly rude. Management does not care about you. They only care about exploiting people to make money. Rex pays the lowest out of all of the hospitals in the area. This year's raise was only 2.5% for nurses, which isn't even enough to keep up with inflation. Really, it was a pay decrease. There is no evidence of them trying to keep staffing ratios fair. And they've been admitting patients to the hallways on various units since there are no beds available.
