Pros

The hospital was good for flexible scheduling, good benefits, and positive employee morale. Working conditions were satisfactory, but better than most hospitals.

Cons

Not much on the negative side. The hospital could use improvement on the nurse-patient ratios and employee cafeteria which had horrible food.
