Pros

Good benefits. Sometimes flexible work schedule.

Cons

No advancement from within. Hires are mostly external. Turnover high. Absolutely no culture. Just a job.

Pros

Work/Life balance is great. Very flexible with leaving as needed. Relaxed environment. Location. Health insurance is somewhat affordable and good. Don't have to clock in or out. Nobody breathing down your neck.

Cons

No advancement Limited to no formal training A lot of turnover throughout the whole company makes standard procedures unclear. Elder employees are resistant to change or don't care. Upper management is trying to turn things around, but nobody truly buys into it when little action is done. Struggling financially. Always seem to be on a hiring freeze. No transparency about promotions or when being considered for another position. No bonuses.
