Pros

Has buying power due to size so you can compete in a competitive market. Benefits are equal or better then other distributors. Still had some pre buyout employees that are committed but quickly losing them.

Cons

Makes national decisions that have local negative effects. Despite good inventory in hubs local stock levels to low called next day electric locally. More concerned to have the right diploma on the wall then the right skill set.

Poor training. Departments seem disconnected.

good benefits, some good divisions (Platt)

Cons

Constant turnover, poor morale, poor local management, HR involved in every aspect of business to protect company, not employees, only stockholders matter
