Extremely archaic work culture, stubborn and unreasonable upper management & executive team, rampant sexism towards women and an overall unwillingness to adopt new strategies and promote internally.

At the lower scale there are very good people at this company. Intelligent, skilled, enthusiastic, loyal and hard working.

Cons

Management destroy great, hardworking and skilled teams through micro management and distrust. Chipping away, piling on pressure, rewarding loyalty with additional stress, treating the workforce with total disdain.

Absolutely dreadful management would recommend anybody who works here to rethink their career path and leave ASAP. They have no idea about business or ethics.
