      Pros

      Great people to work with and plenty of opportunities to develop a career whether you want to move upwards or laterally into a variety of interesting roles. Good mix of experienced long-servers and young enthusiastic talent.

      Cons

      Very few, hence we many long servers, and many of those who do leave believing grass is greener elsewhere, return to work here
