Pros
It is what you make of it. You can go through the program and get experiences that you won't be able to get anywhere else in your first job or you can just coast. You are rated and ranked against your peers so it is important to make a good impression.
Cons
A little more structure is needed. The program has been going through a transformation so that have been some speed bumps in the past year. Thankfully, it seems like they are behind the program.
