Pros

Rexel is a good size company with good compensation and benefits. They have a lot of perks and things for you to utilize.

Cons

Rexel is far too large and has all its focus on the Corporate structure. The business of Electrical Distribution is a horizontal business structure and requires individuals in each market to lead changes and drive business. Rexel always struggled to do this by allowing so many hands from corporate to dip into the local markets. Rexel has grown notorious for corporate shake up every 2-5 years by changing CEO's or restructuring the organization at the executive level and changing roles and dynamics has caused business to be difficult from management level up.
