      good marketing and support of branch personnel

      Cons

      low pay, poor supervisors, revolving door for temps in AP lack of support and recognition of long-time employees who have been loyal extremely uneven supervision and training in AP

      Stable for some but not for others

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Some corporate departments are very stable and haven't encountered layoffs or RIFs

      Cons

      Constant challenges with IT systems. Company spends a lot of unnecessary money on system conversions and on maintaining two major office locations in CT and TX as people fly back and forth each week. Field has encountered layoffs and branch consolidations. Company going through major transition.

      Pros

      There are pockets of good people there but most of them are leaving. In the past three months the CEO, two CFOs and multiple VP/Directors have left. The CEO and one of the CFOs left without having another position lined up.

      Cons

      There is a lack of strategy and everything is a fire drill. HR department is a joke. We have been having a mass exodus of upper management and there has not been any communication or effort to calm the workforce. There is very little confidence in most of the upper management team that is still there. Rexel Holdings USA is a holdings company for a French company and consists of multiple banners. Between the infighting between banners and the constant unrealistic expectations from Paris, the culture and atmosphere is pretty negative.
