      Advancement is possible if you get in with the right people

      Cons

      Regardless of how had you wok or how good you are at your job if you do not get in with the right people the job can be very difficult. The lack of support from upper management makes it a difficult work place.

      I worked for this company and found out that there is so much stress, people are expendable, totally unprofessional. Management smiles in your face and talks about you at lunch. Unless you are in the management's click you do not stand a chance. Run as fast as you can as there are so many other companies that are employee friendly. Money isn't everything.
