      sometimes the managers are flexible..depending on their mood

      No stability, Manager are not trained to be good leaders, employee treated just as a number and no work ethics in certain departments

      Flexible work at home policies, relatively flat organization, a lot of room for movement, a lot of good people to work with, good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      A lot of corporate politics, your ideas don't really matter, stubborn and tough to deal with executive staff, virtually no training, a lot of employees are bad at communicating
