      The passion and commitment of the people I work with; changing and evolving organization with great growth potential; very forward thinking leadership team; some very good leaders

      Cons

      Not quite sure where it's heading, but is working hard to figure it out. Difficult to get things done at times as there is little formal process across the organization

      A very large company that functions as a coporation, that in itself can be difficult. If you can work in a corporate enviornment, you will love Rexel Inc.
