Pros

Benefits, 401k, PTO, vehicle reimbursement

Cons

Not enough one-on-one training, no family time. on-call 7 days a week since the company provides phones/ipads. Below other companies salary. While you do get vehicle reimbursement, it is not worth all the miles you put on your vehicle. I would drive 400-1000 a month just for work, You're required to have additional 100k coverage which the $300 base reimbursement pretty much covers plus 25 cent a mile.

Pros

Fun culture, nice work hours

Cons

Pay is not as high compared to competitor reps who have the chance to earn incentives. There is not enough PTO available, the PTO structure is very outdated compared to what other companies today offer.

Pros

Cool industry. Opportunity to learn how a distributer works.

Cons

- Compensation was very low compared to similar roles in the industry. - Training was minimal and poorly structured, which made it difficult for new hires to succeed. - Management style was extremely micromanaging. Employees were required to track their time very precisely, and even small discrepancies in the tracker were criticized. Given the wide variety of tasks required in the role, keeping the tracker perfectly aligned at all times was unrealistic. - The team was required to prepare monthly presentations on topics such as Health and Safety and create icebreaker activities for coworkers. These presentations felt forced and were not particularly productive or relevant to the work. - Overall team culture felt overly controlled and not supportive.
