*Company grew so fast, middle-management consists of those who were there first and wouldn’t be qualified for their roles at other companies, stuck for life, which means no growth. *Good ole boys club, male dominated culture, but use the accounting department to help balance that out, all of management in accounting is female, they force males out of roles, only 1 male left on team of 20 *Toxic culture of being “nice”, and using that as a selling point for their low wage jobs *Job makes use of zero skills, entire role is data entry, could reduce team from 20 to 5, and create more value-add positions *Staff accountants process payroll, which means no holidays or Mondays/Tuesdays off ever, where other companies have a payroll department
