Pros

I had to enter five words for “pros” There ya go.

Cons

Don’t work here. I had read the reviews and knew a couple people who had worked here, and they said it was awful. I figured everyone has their own experience so I gave it a shot. It was fine for about the first ..... 8 months? Then they showed their true colors. Management is awful. Forget ever getting an answer to a question. Customers will call specifically asking for a manager and they’re too busy walking around drinking coffee. They will have you work for multiple departments with no pay increase. And super Big Brothery here. You are GPS tracked and have to log when you go to the bathroom, what you’re doing for lunch, etc.

Pros

The team I worked on was great. We had good chemistry and that probably kept us all there longer than we should have stayed. The company functions/leagues were fun too, but probably for the same reason mentioned above.

Cons

The pay is the worst. The turnover rate is bad as well. They are not worried about paying low because they will just hire another new grad that is looking for a job and pay him as little as possible.

Pros

You get paid for enduring the nightmare that is the work environment and the company culture and atmosphere

Cons

Each day is a soul sucking ordeal that leaves you drained and angry as you must endure 8 hours of a terrible company with a weird culture and supervision as if you are in a prison/highschool type of environment and they treat their employees as children instead of adults. The pay is terrible often times over 25% BELOW industry standards, and their interview process is a joke, it's as if they think they're some sort of top company when really they are the scum and dirt of the industry
