Good company to get a sales career started. A lot of sales training, plus a company car

Where to start. The company is losing market share at a rapid pace because of high price products that often times fall short of customer expectations. Competitors have much friendlier terms and pricing models along with very competitive products. Over the last few years Reynolds has lost alot of talent and now rely mostly on recent college grads to be their Account Managers. The pay plan gets worse every year and your responsibilities increase at the same time.
