Pros

Good culture, people, benefits. The tech and applications are continually being updated and some teams are like startups within a safe and established company.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry. Only promote from within so that comes with some silos.

Pros

- I enjoyed working with some coworkers. - Some management cared deeply about their employees, but they often went unheard during meetings.

Cons

- Poor mid-management. - Poor communication. - Expectations that are not clearly defined and change based off what's best for the company. - Pay is significantly lower than market value. - Upper management does not care about employees. - Extremely toxic workplace. - If there are required company events after hours, that is expected to be taken from your personal time and is not compensated by the company either in salary or even via being paid for by management if you're at a restaurant. Maybe it's different for Sales, but not admin. - Cannot stress how poor the pay is. - Bad work-life balance. - Most PTO/sick-time is used because employees are burnt out and need a break. - Increase in tenure/experience = Great job! Here's more work and no extra pay.
