Pros

There is a lot of good training for someone starting out. Very flexible and you build your own schedule As long as you are getting sales, you will fly under the radar Pay is decent.

Cons

Automotive is a weird space and Reynolds doesn't have the best reputation to the people that you are selling to. A lot of travel involved and you are never off the job as a sales rep. Your work phone follows you on the weekends and vacations. The company is too big to function. Everything moves slow internally which makes it harder to do anything in the sales field. Company has a history of screwing it's customers over.
