Thank you for providing detailed feedback about your experience. We’re glad to hear you’re benefiting from the comprehensive healthcare benefits, including the free healthcare, affordable dental and vision care, and the HSA contribution. It's also great to know that you appreciate the free meals at the Dayton facility, as well as the periodic performance reviews and the on-site gym. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the requirement of an annual physical tied to healthcare benefits, and beverage options in the cafeteria. We aim to create a comfortable and healthy environment but recognize that our approach may not suit everyone’s preferences. While the decentralized HR model is intended to cater to specific departmental needs, we understand the need for consistency and are always looking for ways we can improve our processes. Lastly, we appreciate your point about the dress code and appearance guidelines being more conservative, as we aim to maintain a business casual standard to meet professional expectations.
