Pros
It's a decent start for a recent college grad to get a little work experience. If you DO actually get in, you know you are either really good at taking tests or you are really smart. The 100% match to your 401(k) contribution is a treat. No outsourcing, so no need to worry about your job being sent overseas.
Cons
Employee morale is VERY low. There are these types of people working there: * those actively looking for other employment, * those who would jump on another opportunity if it was presented to them, * and those that do not know any better (or do not care). Pay is generally below average for the type of work performed. Generally, the only way to advance is to score a certain amount on a section of a pre-employment test. Employees do not know how they score. If you're a technical person, don't be fooled by the "...positions developing cutting edge software systems and applications" statement in their job ads. There is nothing at all "cutting edge" about them. Your voice will probably not be heard. Senior management's word is scripture. If you question it or do not say "yes," be prepared look for another job. There is a basic feeling that your work and employment should be more important than your personal life.
