      Reynold and Reynolds, a job that does not require much thought.

      Pros

      The coworkers are the only reason for working there. The schedules are fairly flexible too. The part time schedules are easy to work with and you can usually get off when needed. For full time, there is a little bit more difficulty in getting time off when it is needed.

      Cons

      The compensation is poor, work is boring and usually monotonous. Recognition is decent at times but when it is givien doesnt show or reward for much of anything.

      Pros

      Decent entry level positions. Lots of freedom granted to marketing employees, fosters an encouraging atmosphere for personal learning and growth provided its consistent with company goals.

      Cons

      Poor compensation. Extremely rigid work environment. Creativity is generally quashed by management. Management does not appear overly competent. Raises are not consistent with inflation. Big brother type atmosphere - Can't go anywhere without entering your information into the computer system. Must remember several different passwords at all times, each must be changed on a monthly basis. Good ideas are rarely recognized and promotions appear to be random and awarded based on appearance rather than performance.
