      Worked with mostly other college students Very flexible work schedule (able to take time off for studying or finals) Decent hours and pay for students

      Pros

      Reynolds recruits strong, smart, capable people through its recruiting processes. The result is that there are great people in this company. The benefits are pretty solid with 6% 401k match and relatively inexpensive medical (used to be free, health costs have skyrocketed nationwide). In general, if you perform well, your position is secure for as long as you choose to stay with the company.

      Cons

      Salaries are quite low across all departments and levels. However, many introductory positions offer overtime. Training for some departments is really not up to what I think the standards for other billion dollar companies are.
