entry level is a great starting point (if you like making significantly less than what competitors offer) as long as you're not working with legacy rhapsody staff, generally friendly folks

Cons

Mostly yes-men and those who have differing opinions are "coached" out Senior leadership is only focused on fancy in-person meetings across the globe rather than delivery solid products or caring about their staff (pretty much your stereotypical corporate group) customer base is growing increasingly short tempered due to growing prices with no noticeable linkage to improved product or services

Knowledgeable front line staff, very hard working - great to work with smart people.

Cons

New management are awful - very controlling and no knowledge of the market. They come from other industries and don't understand healthcare IT at all. Management creating a lot of politics. HG recently hired a sales leader with no market understanding which is now costing the business and will continue to do so. Leader of the company is very incompetent and can't even open his eyes when talking.
