The majority of colleagues are willing to help/assist and go out of their way.

Cons

-Senior Leadership overcommitted to the board to bring in revenue -There's been a layoff - Multiple management/leadership changes with no consistency - Expectations are not realistic with no logic/factual - Management are micro-managers who don't trust their reports - Too many internal meetings lead to no added value - Everything is under a microscope

chronically underpay, especially those who work the hardest 1/3 of the team is a toxic cesspit that will drain you senior leadership doesn't actually lead nor do they work with middle management terrible work life balance, those who do well are the ones picking up the slack for those who should have been let go years ago
