Management do not take responsibility. They do not talk among themselve for alignment. Get monkey pay (underpaid) and do elephant job. Job scope will be additional from the job scope you have apply. You have to work Overtime most of the time to get your work done and more task. Otherwise is escalate and ping pong ball email . Join at your own risk. Culture is toxic environment. You might have depression or affect your mental well being and health. Health is wealth. Incompetence MD across the Asia No proper structure and all people will be cowboy

Rhenus seem to think they are above the law. They are not. Industrial relations law exists for a reason. Putting employee health and safety in danger knowingly and breaking several codes is unacceptable. This is what happens when your staff are incompetent. Also, very low pay well below industry standard. To be highly experienced in my field and to be paid the same as someone with zero experience is unacceptable. I am disgusted.
