*The CEO is awesome y’all *Most operational team members are great *Organically diverse teams *Medical experts are great - Down to earth and knowledgeable

Cons

*No work life balance *Processes are not documented *Requests for additional training are ignored *”Lifers” with poor attitudes are allowed to perpetuate. “I’ve known so and so for ## years. That’s just how they are.” Well, it’s rude and offensive and should not be tolerated. *Has a lot to learn about being a global company - too NC centric and lack knowledge *Health insurance is awful and expensive *Not a collaborative work environment
