      Pros

      -Depending on which group you work in there can be the feeling of community -LGBTQ+ friendly -Will hire less experienced people so good for entry level job -Good amount of PTO (but you don’t get it up front)

      Cons

      -Bullying culture including management -Hiring of unqualified people -Management has no oversight (“flat structure”) -No path for promotion -No clear job responsibilities -No work life balance (even though they preach this) -If you do your job well you will get more work from others who don’t do their job -Low salary -Unpredictable bonuses -Multiple lay offs -Inconsistent processes that are not industry standard

      Pros

      My team feels like a family, and I really enjoy my work. We embrace work-life balance & don't just give it lip-service...true, there are times when we work late and have important deadlines to make, but leadership also asks us to invest time in resting and relaxing, and gives us a good amount of paid time off to engage in rest and relaxation, and/or spend time with our families. The company is very philanthropic, and invests in our community in many ways. We are given ample opportunities to give back, and volunteering is supported. Differences and diversity are encouraged, and we all learn and grow from our varying experiences and backgrounds in the industry.

      Cons

      Depending on where you live, the commute to get to RTP can be painful. Working from home is generally not the norm, but it can be done in small doses. We have a lot of collaborative work that needs to be done, and coming into the office for it is a necessity.
