Nepotism and con-artistry at it's finest

If you're a family member or friend of a current employee or the owner it may work out okay for you.

Cons

Nepotistic structure with no performance evaluations, thus everything is based on how well you are liked and not accomplishments, experience, or ability. Flat structure promotes undercover bullying and cliques that would give Mean Girls a run for their money. Employees are encouraged spy on each other to provide "feedback". Make most of their money conning the government on federally funded research. Actual knowledge and experience in clinical research is laughable.

people are generally ok to interact with; some teams are truly supportive of each other

Cons

Resourcing is terribly mis-managed in nearly every sector; it was difficult to trust the company after a round of layoffs in 2020 that were really poorly executed
