Pros

This isn't your typical CRO. It is a family run company that truly cares about its employees and listens to them. This last year, surviving a world wide pandemic and all the challenges it brought families, proved that Rho understands that by taking care of their employees, they took care of their company. The communication, adjustments, generation of feedback, additional benefits, flexibility, and overall generosity that was shown left me and my family very well equipped to balance life's needs while also growing my career.

friendly and professional employees, opportunities for growth, managers listen, definitely has work life balance. Senior management was restructured and the company is on it's way up as a result.

Cons

can't complain. the pay is only a little bit less compared to the larger CROs in the area but its not significant enough to make a transition.
