      Pros

      Great people and leadership. Company initiatives that value the employee and work life balance. Bonuses are greatly appreciated and the leadership celebrates success with the employees. Collaborative environment.

      Cons

      On boarding for certain roles has historically been tricky. Company working to improve this but should still make Tina priority. The company should continue to focus on hiring folks who fit with the company culture.

      Family friendly, flexible work schedules, profit sharing, Christmas to New Years paid holiday, good benefits, decent maternity leave, ability to grow into different job titles within the company.

      Cons

      Often seems like you have to be on the "in crowd" to get ahead which entails kissing behinds and being fake. Also flat organizational structure makes it awkward to know who to go to with problems or for advice.
