      Great colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Other functional leads sometimes do not know what they are doing & make the work harder. Upper management could also do better with communication. Salary & promotion cycle is not clear and could be better.

      Pros

      Rho is truly a unique CRO - colleagues are welcoming and down to earth and I love that the company does not feel so corporate. I feel the company offers stability, especially compared to other larger CROs I have worked for where lay offs are par for the course. The working environment is flexible and you are treated like a human being here

      Cons

      The company is still evolving so there is still work to be done on establishing robust policies and processes
