Pros

Nice cafeteria. Plenty of parking. Colleagues were helpful.

Cons

Wow. Where do I begin? Technology and infrastructure is very dated -- unless of course you own a time machine and just arrived here from 1983... You must wait 90 days before you are eligible for health insurance. Mid level managers have no experience managing and most of them are very unprofessional. They are managers by default only because they have just been there the longest. A few of the managers are There is no opportunity to advancement. My manager told me this directly. No sales process and no commissions.
