-Annual raises -Welcoming work culture -Little micromanagement -Fun and unique market to be a part of -Occasional free food from food trucks

Cons

-Not much PTO and few holidays off -No room for career growth -So much downtime that you’ll get easily bored -No WFH or hybrid work even on bad weather days that are never taken off -Stubborn management and senior employees -Out-dated office that feels 20 years stuck in the past -Mismanaged and unprofessional HR department -Upper management’s hands in every department hurts more than helps due to little innovation being allowed -Freezing office temps all year long -Mandatory office workspace is not wheelchair accessible
