Cons
Deceptive managers, consistently ask employees to spy on others, condescending performance reviews. No attention or care about the actual work, more attention on the workplace politics. Revolving door of employees. Managers that are ego driven and inflict personal vedettas towards employees they cannot manipulate. Manipulative coworkers, who lack talent and skills. Report everything to HR without ever having an adult conversation with coworkers, while also playing victim. No real systems, accountability or metrics for the actual work. You can literally sit at your desk and do nothing as long as you are easy to control and "nice". All of the talented people left over a short period of time. Four different managers in a two year span. Supervisors work hard to control the narrative, especially if its unfavorable.
