Pros

Rice really cares about its employees and provides great benefits, work/life balance. It also has great values that I feel are shared by the community uniting everyone under the mission to educate its students and advance groundbreaking research. It’s an honor to work here.

Cons

The one con is I wish they had a longer and better family leave option.
