Pros

The benefits are very good, if you can afford them. The higher your pay grade, the better this place is to work. Also, there are many free events are services offered at various times. So if you work regular hours type job, it can be very rewarding.

Cons

It is nearly impossible to move management if they do not want to move. This is due to the small number of employees, and how everyone knows each other. There is also a definite advantage given to Rice grads. This is a good thing for them, and obviously a bad one for those who didn't go to school here.
