Most of the work you find on campus is very student friendly as they know you are looking for something to make some extra money and will accommodate your busy schedule pretty nicely within reason

-Nice coworkers -Comfortable and stable job. -Beautiful campus. -Work/Life Balance -Great supervisors. Loved the ones in my department.

Cons

-Paid parking. -Healthcare benefits could be improved? They aren't bad but if I had to pick something I'd point out this. -Limited job growth. For example, women are often placed in traditional secretarial roles with limited opportunities for growth. When asked about new job duties we often get the limited funding answer, which is true, but makes employees wish to go elsewhere.
