Pros
We all had a similar goal, and all worked together to complete it. If someone needed help, another team member assisted them without complaint; if someone did something good, their work was acknowledged; and if someone messed up, they fessed up to it, and no one lingered too long on it, choosing to focus more on fixing the problem. It was a great environment where people genuinely wanted to see others succeed.
Cons
Occasionally, a supervisor might underestimate the workload they give someone and not realize it's a multi-person job until it's nearly too late. That said, they were also understanding and did their best to help regain some semblance of balance.
