      Pros

      super friendly environment, many activities to attend and we can choose whichever course to take . The staff here are very helpful and patient.

      Cons

      still many department are not easy to get to, have to contact them by direct phone calls. There is no electronic system to make reservations and getting a reply.

      Pros

      Very good benefits. Great employer contribution (even without you giving) on retirement; generous paid time off (Rice combines vacation and sick days as "benefit time), several medical plans choices, flex medical spending and childcare accounts. Plus lots of other benefits.

      Cons

      More hard skill training for employees would be very helpful.
