Amazing academic and professional environment with room for growth. Benefits and salary are competitive. Students are very interesting and you can really be involved in the Rice culture. Just a great place to grow professionally.

Cons

Advancement in salary is a challenge once you have accepted your salary at hire.

Good life -balance, flexible, good benefits, nice people.

Cons

Culture is difficult to change, some staff have been there 20 yrs plus and don't like change. Organization let's operations and support areas suffer and direct investments to keep image the same.
