-None that I could really say -Some people don't like Houston due to its humidity and perhaps boringness

Good life -balance, flexible, good benefits, nice people.

Cons

Culture is difficult to change, some staff have been there 20 yrs plus and don't like change. Organization let's operations and support areas suffer and direct investments to keep image the same.
