      Pros

      Rice is focused on high quality teaching and research. You will work with great, intelligent students. There is a strong focus on improvements and growth. It is a demanding but also highly motivational environment.

      Cons

      Some of the schools are too concerned with ratings and give students too much control over the teaching process.

      The work atmosphere is great. The people are great. There is a lot of personal and professional support.

      The pay is lower than other places because it is a university (non-profit).
