Great co-workers and great workplace. Get to wear a lot of different hats which lends itself to you gaining experience in areas you wouldn't normally be able to much earlier in your career.

Cons

Want's a champagne product on a beer budget. Expectations are that you will execute the same product other universities provide on a tenth of the budget with a tenth of the manpower. This leads to a lot of people looking for that next career step.

The salary doesn’t increase and is mostly its flat for the staff categories. Some of the senior faculties enjoy most benefits. The university should adopt annual increment to promote the culture.
