Pros

Good Colleagues Good Benefits Growth Opportunities

Cons

Would not recommend this place to work if you are going to have to deal with the CFO (Aka Mafia Boss) A self-serving ego-centric individual who would often yell to intimidate you and use some cuss words every now and then. Someone who doesn't care about the good of the company, is insecure, micromanages everyone, trusts no one, and thinks that no one knows better than he does. He will hound you without mercy and humiliate you in a public setting. Doesn’t have the audacity to respect a woman and is known for harassing women at workplace but unfortunately no action would be taken against him because it’s a family owned business.

Pros

Fast growing environment. Good compensation. Great work environment. Work recognition. Multi cultural.

Cons

Sometimes too many responsibilities will burn out the executives. No proper chain of command. All departments at different facilities need to work together. Too much disconnect.

Pros

Convience. Immediate management and co-workers are a great team.

Cons

Unfortunately that those great team members are led by a gaggle of executives who have no knowledge of the healthcare industry. Not a one of them have attended so much as a conference on healthcare much less a have a degree in healthcare or healthcare administration. They continually put family members in positions of power over seasoned and proven employees. They mandate hiring and firing based on the good ole boy system. They have no internal policy and price procedure. No structure. They spend their money on more business ventures rather than annual meter merit raises or maintenance for their hospital. They would rather fire s nurse than provide her with medical insurance. Their billing practices are questionable. Their Medicare audits are anything but routine. Their employees have been terminated for allegations of embezzlement from one facility yet allowed to work at another facility. They should stick to retail sales. Healthcare demands a degree of humanity which they only have of a camera is pointed at them
